block and tackle style balances

Question

These are for some older vinyl windows in a downtown loft that have stripped.  I am the QA manager at a small window company but we don't carry these.  If I need more info outside of the size (41 D) it appears please let me know.  Thank you very much.  Sincerely, Randy

Thanks for your patience during this busy season, Randy. This seems like a pretty large balance but we should be able to help, still. Before I recommend anything though I would like you to confirm a few details.

First, can you show me a picture of the clip or hook that was at the end of the cord? Your second picture shoes a pivot shoe, so it's whatever attaches to that. It may seem like a small detail but it is important.

Can you also confirm how your balance attaches at the top of the window track? It should be with either a screw or a hook.
