broken sping on window balance and broken top sash guide

A quick learner from Magnolia, Delaware says:
I need a replacement spring for my window balance, which is 21 inch long from one end of the metal sleeve to the other. The balance has the numbers 2030 marked on the sleeve. I also have a broken top sash guide the hooks onto the window balance. I have attached pictures showing the broken spring and a good top sash guide.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I think we can supply this balance, but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration.

The question right now is: what is that configuration? Yours is a little peculiar.

Looking at your photos, the top fitting appears to match our 19-015 while the bottom matches our 15-003. However this is a very uncommon combination. Your first step should be to carefully review the specs we show for each of these products to verify that they match up to your current fittings.

What makes this so weird is that the 19-015 is usually paired with the 15-041. I've never seen it used with the 15-003 before. There's a first time for everything, though. We're fully capable of making this balance with whatever fittings you need, so just let me know if the 19-015 and 15-003 are a match and we can proceed. I will also need to know how many you wanted to purchase altogether.

Please also understand that custom balances are non-refundable. We will need your verification before we proceed.

You also mentioned a top sash guide. Assuming that your top fitting is the 19-015, then my recommendation would be the 18-030. You'll need to remove the original to verify.
