certainteed casement/bow window weather stripping

Question

I need to replace the weather stripping on my bow windows. I am having trouble finding an exact replacement. See attached picture. Can you recommend a possible replacement stripping? Thanks

I'm having trouble making out how this attaches to the window. Does it have an adhesive base? If so, consider our 58-180. If not, please remove a small undamaged sample and show me how it attaches. Measurements would also be a huge help.
