Hey, Vaughan. Based on your photos, this looks a lot like our Series 770 channel balance. The only thing I'm not sure about is the stamp; yours uses a different rating system than ours. In fact, yours uses the rating system for an entirely different type of channel balance.

If you think the Series 770 can work for you, I recommend weighing your balance on a scale. We have a sash weight chart for each Series 770 length that you can refer to do determine what stamp option will work best.
