My Windows have no Balances

Hi and thanks for posting. As things stand it will be very difficult to identify what balances you need without seeing one of them. Is there any window in the building that still has them? If not, could we have a picture of one of the windows? We will see if they can glean any clues from that. Thank you.

It looks like our 10-008 top sash guide and our Series 385 Channel Balance for the windows. To narrow down the balance options further, we will need the visible glass height of the sash and the weight of the sash. Thanks. 

Thank you! The length of the metal channel is typically 1" longer than the height of the visible glass. With that in mind, we would recommend our S385-28 with a 2730 option for your 15 pound sash. I want to stress that we cannot guarantee that this will work without seeing your original balance, but this is our best educated guess. Look it over and see what you think.
