channel balance

A handy person from 08873 says:
These are from a non tilt window. The home was built in the mid 80's and these are original. All the windows are not working, most of the balances are stuck high on the tracks. Almost all the windows have the plastic caps (photo"e") broken off. there is a stamp on the balance which has the number #2830000(photo "a"). The balance is 29" in length, 1/2" wide and 5/8" in depth. I understand that your in New Jersey. In case it helps these windows are for a home located in the Quail Brook community in Somerset. Thank you in advance

Hello,

It looks like you have either our S351-29 , with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-29 , with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need a 2830 spring strength option for your replacement balances.

As for your top sash guide, we do not carry an exact replacement but take a look and compare the dimensions of the 18-061 and 18-066 to see if either option might work for your application. Thank you!
