Replace right and left channel balances for tilt-in window, length 54", width 3 5/16", marking shown in photo.

This balance looks similar to our Series 751 channel balance, but it's tough to tell from these photos. Look it over and let me know if you agree, or if you had any questions.

I'm afraid that these photos don't tell me anything new. You will have to remove one of the original balances from the window and carefully review the design of both the metal channel and the shoe at the end of the cord to confirm if the Series 751 is compatible.
