Thanks for reaching out to us. Those are very odd stamps. I'm afraid I couldn't track down anything with those markings. Before we go any further, can you show me some photos of the balance in question? I'd especially like to see the stamps, but seeing the top and bottom nylon fittings would be especially helpful just so that we can confirm that Series 351 is accurate.

Thanks again. I hate to say it but we're still running into walls. It appears that the manufacturer just does not make any Series 351 balances with that stamp. If at all possible, can you tell me the exact weight of the sash that these balances support? I would need it down to the ounce.

My hope is that if the manufacturer cannot get us this stamp then we can just figure out the calibration of the spring ourselves and work from there. I cannot guarantee we can get anything for you but I promise that I'll try my best.
