Hi, I would like to buy one pair of the channel balance first. If it fits, I will order more.
The mark on the balance is 27 1/2 3. The length of the channel without attachment is 28 7/16 inch. The house was built in year 1988.

Hello, Feng. We should be able to supply this balance, though based on the length it will have to be a custom order. Before we go further, can you just refer to the diagram and confirm which bottom fitting best matches your original? That size is very important.
Can you also confirm the length of the metal channel? The length should be the same as the stamp (27-1/2"). If yours is 28-1/2" then that's fine too, I just wanted to be 100% sure. In that scenario we would change your stamp to match.
Once I know that info, I will email you a purchase link and price quote for two.
Hello, Tom. I'm attaching another 5 pictures for the both ends of the metal channel. The length of the metal channel portion not includes the plastic balance attachments is 28 7/16 inches.
The builder of the house is Ryland Homes, Ryland Group, Inc.

I'm sorry, I thought I had shared a diagram with my previous post but it does not appear to have uploaded properly. That must have been confusing, so I apologize. Let me post that here for your review.
This dimension may seem like a small detail, but it is important and is not something I can eyeball. Please let me know if you can tell me which is closer (or if neither matches, that counts too) and we can work from there.
Gotcha, thanks for confirming. So we can actually supply a shoe in that size, which would be the 15-029. What I'll do now is email you a purchase link and price quote for two balances made with a 19-005 top and 15-029 bottom shoe; they'll also be 28-1/2" long and will have a 28305 stamp, which is our version of your original and should work just the same way.
