Hi Jim, this definitely looks like an unusual balance design, but I think we may be able to help. Could show me a clearer picture of the fitting on the other end of the balance? Can you also show me a picture of the stamp? We'll do our best to assist from there.

Thanks Bob. This style of balance is used in the Traco 9000 Series line if that helps.
