If your balance is 23-3/4" long, then the S395-24 will not work. It is very likely you have something entirely different, probably an extended-travel type balance. We should start with photos. Please show me a clear picture of the top fitting, bottom fitting, stamp, and the metal clip at the end of the cord. Since you also said you needed a top sash guide, we will require a photo of that, as well. Lastly, please verify how many you needed to buy. It's important to make sure the hardware you show us is whole and undamaged. If the parts you show us are damaged, then we won't be able to assist you. |

Perfect, thanks! This is definitely an extended travel balance, so it will have to be a custom order. What I'll do now is email you a purchase link and price quote that will let you add 6 of these to your cart. I don't see a take out clip in your photos, but I do see a top sash guide: your specifically is an older version of our 18-008H. This will not be included with the custom link I'm going to email you, but as they are not custom, you can add them to your cart at any time. |
