corner edge is broken

The inside corner edge (a small piece of plastic)of the window that fits into the pivot lock shoe has broken. how do I replace that little piece of plastic that fits in the lock shoe? Can it be replaced? Who services fiberluxs product in Granger Indiana?

Thank you! We don't have an exact match for this, but see our 26-379 bottom pivot pin, which uses a metal pivot. Carefully compare our dimensions to yours to see if it will work as a replacement.

I'm sorry, but our 26-379 is too long to fit in your window sash. I don't know where you can go for this part, honestly, unless you happen to know the window manufacturer and can contact them.
