corner edge is broken

The inside corner edge (a small piece of plastic)of the window that fits into the pivot lock shoe has broken. how do I replace that little piece of plastic that fits in the lock shoe? Can it be replaced? Who services fiberluxs product in Granger Indiana?

It sounds like you might be describing a pivot bar, but it's hard to say. Can you respond with a photo of the part you need to replace? If we see it, we can try to identify a match.

Thank you! We don't have an exact match for this, but see our 26-379 bottom pivot pin, which uses a metal pivot. Carefully compare our dimensions to yours to see if it will work as a replacement.

I'm sorry, but our 26-379 is too long to fit in your window sash. I don't know where you can go for this part, honestly, unless you happen to know the window manufacturer and can contact them.
