he measurement of the balance is 32.75". Does that mean I need a 32" or 33" balance? These came off Jeld Wen windows.

We can supply this balance, but it has to be a custom order due to its configuration. Neither a 32" or 33" will work; you need a metal channel that's 32-5/8", just like what you have now.
