One says "30 4" and another says "14 1." They are sitting at our rental unit, so all I have is a picture the tenant sent me. I can get them to measure things, less likely I can get them to remove the parts (but I can try if needed).

Need replacement sliding glass door handle. Center-to-center measurement for screws appears to be 4 inches. Marking on handle: "IWC." Thank you for advising.

These spring units have a string that attaches to the upper and lower sashes of my window. The total window size is 37 inches high by 27 1/2 inches wide. Hi. I believe the window balance is the cause for my Empire Pacific (2009) double hung window (top pane) not closing all the way. I've attatched some photos. Hopefully they will allow you to find a replacement set up. Thanks, John

I need to replace 17 crank operators on my Hurd casement windows. The windows are various sizes but the length of the arms appear to be the same. Do you carry these and if so how much are they? Thanks
