Hi, I have old Mercer windows from 1993? The parts are still in the windows themselves, so I don't know how to identify them. I need to replace a balance rod for this window. It is an aluminum impact glass product, tip to tip flange height is 63".

I think these are series 395. Would really appreciate your identification as I intend to order them for 2 windows that have failed recently and several more to have on hand as spare parts. Each picture shows both ends. They are from Alenco windows in my house built in 1991.
