Hi, I am in need of replacement spiral balances and shoes for my windows. I'm not sure of the diameter, it looks like 9/16", but it is a thin vinyl sleeve,so maybe the 3/8" one fits inside. There is a Jal O Vent window in the bathroom that is badly in need of cleaning. I used my steamer. Scrubbed it with SOS pad. Washed it with Dawn DW liquid. Now I'm using CLR. It's still not completely clean. Can anyone recommend what to use to clean it?

My Pella Storm Door will not close properly. The latch hits the strike plate but it does not retract and close. Also the dead bolt lock will not extend from the unit, the lock handle turns but the dead bolt will not extend.
