This is a single arm operator used for a narrow window. The number on the arm is L3084. There are several other numbers on some of the gears 30843L. Then 30830 is on a support bracket.

HiThe pictures attached is the part that broke and I placed the 2 pieces together to show what it should look like. I will need 2 of them for the window. I need help to figure out what wheels I need for my sliding glass door. They have broke off.

Lift sash. 2 before tilting

Door Track needed for a Citation II Patio Door. Tried putting a cap on it but the cap only last so long before the door deforms the cap. Door has to be about 75 lbs.

I need to purchase double coil springs and pivot lock shoes and tilt latch as pictured. The window sashes weigh 22.3lbs. Ea. Replacement parts are for a Simenton double hung window. Can you help me?

single hung window. channel is 25 1/2 inch long. stamped on the channel says 25 5 BSI RN Please let me know if you need any other information. There isn't a brand name on the window

Do you have anyone, out in the field, that can come to our complex with all the parts to see if they all work? Chances are we're going to need to replace parts to more than just mine (I know, off hand, at least one other unit that will need the replacement. We have 19 units...at least 2 casement ... (cont.)

I couldn't find any markings anywhere or find out how to remove the lock as there's no visible screws and the two tabs would get damaged if I tried to remove them can you guys help me in identifying this?

In need of 6 window balance

It's a 3/8" balance. Full window is 64 on outside by 35" wide. Each sash would be 32"H x 35"W. I'm assuming it's a 32" balance. Have bought from you more than once.
