I have two new construction windows that won’t stay up. It’s a single hung window. Attached are small videos and pictures of that window. There’s a long plastic piece on one side of the window only. But nothing else.

Please help locate part numbers for this window operator and latch. I work for Greystar Property Managent and I am having issues finding this parts for our windows. Thank you for any guidance you may provide.

I need this piece that goes on the bottom of the window. It stops the side seals from moving and it connects to the bottom seal of the window? Any help!?

Hi, do you have any similar parts? I can't take it off right now. I don't know if this is one part or a combination of parts. It's from a Simonton casement window from 2008. Thanks for any info you can provide.

Length: 28" Markings: DB LO 27-3. Looks exactly like sash on single hung window video

2 1/2 inch pivot bar. It has one horn, and the holes appear to have been at 1" 5/8, and at 2". It's 5/32" thick. Do you have one that will work?

The subject plugs are compressed into the metal trim molding that holds the glass in place which has screw holes. The pictures show the holes as well as the plugs I need to replace after the glass was changed.
