Hello, I would like to purchase new channel balances for my windows. I attached some pictures to show the type that they are. They measure 1/2" wide, and are 18" long. Channel is 32", spring is 17 1/4".

I purchased a bunch of balancers for a client and 8 of the 12 are 1" too short. How do I go about shipping these back and ordering the correct size ? I ordered S351-22. I need to get new ones that are the same but 1" longer. What would be the next size up ? Order was under Coast Door and Hardwar ... (cont.)

I have multiple one of these devices that I need to replace. The code on the device is 21-3 FL Caldwell. Both end connections have wings. It is 22 inches long by 1/2" wide. I have additional pictures if need be.

I have three windows that will not remain open. I have replaced pivot shoes & balances before but non this style. I'm having troubling locating the parts on the website I need. Top coil is stamped 4, bottom coil is stamped 5. Pivot bars are the C channel style.
