Hi, looking for a repalcement latch for an crank out window.

Window keeper 1" × 1" 1/2

Mechanism is coming appart and the other is stripping gears

Looking for a replacement for the crank or window operator for old casement window, picture attached

Trying to find the bottom door sweep replacement weatherstripping that are at the bottom. There are 2 types one for the inside and one for the outside. Do you carry them.

This is the part that holds window together in the corners

My windows are Milgard installed in 2002, and they confirmed from the order that I need a 44-12 block and tackle balancer. The metal channel length on this is 45", and it's 1/2" wide. I'm guessing the Series 380, but not sure what exactly to order.

Hole is 7/16 - crank is 4 inches long

code h11-280--3 spec NFRC series SVPD mst 280-m-017 lloking for rollers to replace at the booton of the door. and installation on how to remove the door for the installatin of the replacment rollers

Need replacements for these rollers. Originals are from a modular home built 27 years ago. I can find no numbers or info on them. Hoping you ban help me.

Need Left hand opening window handle/hardware for old windsor window

From your mesurment photos this appears to be a 28 inch S390 with a 2740 stamp. However, the 1 1/8 width is 1 3/32. This could be from wear. I'm getting these parts from the floor that fell out during operation of opening the window. The sash guide found, in the pile of parts, does not match any of ... (cont.)
