I have a 3/8" diameter 26" length spiral balance for a 25 lb window sash. What color spiral balance do I use? Also, do the spiral balances come with an adjustment tool or do I have to buy one separately.

I am looking for some tilt latches for some traco vinyl windows. Included is a picture. The latch is roughly 3 inches long and a little under one inch wide. Model 26-391 looks the closest to me but I am unsure. Any way you could help me identify the correct pieces?

I have 2 broken channel balances that do not have a stamped part number on them. The windows were installed in 1998 by the home builder. They are builder grade, aluminum framed windows. is it better to use Nylon rollers than steel if I install the rail cap. My old steel rollers on the aluminum rail makes a black dust as it wears

I would like to replace the sash balance on my single-hung aluminum RADCO windows. "2040" is indicated on the old sash balance. A local supplier sells an acceptable substitute with the designation "20 4 HV CMC 7" instead of 2040. Do you sell this part? THANKS

Not sure what part number to order based on the top and shoe. I have quite a few in different sizes but the top and shoe are all the same. This one is 24 in. Shoe looks similar to a 15-004 or 15-005 19-031 or 19-004. Perhaps a series 371. I am enclosing a pic for you.

I just received the order for clutch pins, but unfortunately they are not the right ones. my windows are 1985 era mw. the raised channel is to high on these, do you have any for mw? Thanks, Doug

Our 10 yr old double hung windows made by PGT have several parts rotten. (See attached pivot shoe picture.) Our house is in Belize, Central America. The dimensions on the assembly are similar, but the height of the unit is 2", not the 1 11/16" as the 701.
