I need three window balances for single hung dual pane metal frame windows manufactured around 1987. The metal channel is 28" long. The spring is 14" long. Pictures are attached. I don't know the manufacturer of the windows.

Please identify the proper spiral balance for a 14.4 lb. window with a 3/8" diameter tube 29" long. Thanks.

how are these rollers placed? Are they supposed to go in the same direction, top and bottom? Or one in each direction? Thank you

I'm hoping someone could answer a few questions for me. I have a restaurant that has 5 large sliding doors for the front. I need a couple of replacement balances and have been able to identify the closest replacement in the S380-28. The bottom screw will not tighten. I'm assuming the inner thread are stripped. Do I need an entire new lock mechanism? I have attached pics from both inside and outside as well as model from sticker inside of frame. From screw hole to screw hole it measures 6 5/8".
