Series 351 looks like the good start. The top of my balance is however winged as in 19-005, Channel Balance Top, Winged. The dimensions of 19-005 are the same as in my balance top. When I search for Viking balances for non-tiling window, it comes up with S370-24. The metal channel section is 23" long. Is this the right part? The balance part number I found on the bottom of the mechanism is 2240. Do I have the right part and right size? Sam

Need to order two new channel balances. They are 25" 380, but not sure about stamp. It says 4 9 (small something) then looks like BSI. The window sash weighs 30 lbs. Thank you.

I need replacement spring counterbalances. The originals are marked 34-5 GA2 CMC 24. The overall length is 36 inches. The width is 9/16 inch. The plastic pulleys are split and the cord is bound.

I ordered the 90-005 to replace Allenco hardware but the sweep is a bit too thick, is the sweep thicker or thinner on the 90-009? How about the 90-086? Any suggestions?

I have Jordon Windows that are not made anymore. This looks like it would be a good replacement for the interior snap in trim. Would it be possible for you to send a small sample to me to make sure it works before I bought several pieces??

I have what i believe to be call a tilt pin on a storm window. it is about 3/16" wide and 3/4" long. Can you tell me if you know the name and if you stock anything like this.

I have been searching for these replacement parts. However my dimensions are off. I am coming up with an 1" to 1 1/8" x 1/2" thick your parts are an 1 1/4" will these work I have attached a picture. Also can you explain how the tandem housing is used thankyou.
