It looks like the window balance I need to replace matches S385-14. However, the stamp on it does not match any of the listed option. The stamp on my window balance reads "13 5 EQ CALDWELL". Is this a special order balance? I would need two sets of them. May I get them from your company? ... (cont.)

what is the diameter of the barrel of these clips?

#1 is a 3/8" tube 24 1/2" from the center of the top hole to the bottom of the tube. #2 is a 3/8" tube 35" from the center of the top hole to the bottom of the tube. Thank you, Tom

I have pictures of the type balance I need but the spring is too strong. The window weights 30 pounds. The Id marking is 29 9 KW CMC 11 and the length is 30 inches. Can you suggest a replacement.
