Broken Top Sash
I have top shash that is broken and as the result, the balance would not stop. This part screws in on top of both side of the window. I am enclosing the picture and dimension. Thank you for helping me identifying the part.

Awning window replacement crank
I need to replace the opening/closing mechanism in a vinyl awning replacement window. I believe it is what's referred to as a "dual scissor type" arm. My channel balances are popping up due to what appears to be failure of the plastic top cap. Replacement 33" channel balances
I need to replace some balances on my vinyl windows that are 16 years old.I've tried to match up the shoes and also the id numbers but there are no identical matches.I do know that the channels are 33 inches and the only stamped numbers on my balance are 32 and then a 3 after that ,it also says dp ... Do I need glue for 58-001?
I received an order for parts to repair my sliding screen door. everything was fine but I think I ordered the wrong wool pile. I thought they all had sticky on the back to install. Replace balance for one broken terminal clip?
I need some assistance identifying a part. The Balance I have is stamped with 29 9 AX CMC 11. The Terminal Clip is broke. Can this be replaced or do I need to replace the entire balance. If replacement is needed. What do you suggest. Thank you, Scott

This shoe has the same dimensions as the 18-166 except that the top is is 7/8" thick instead of 1/2" thick, and the bottom is 7/16" thick instead of 5/16" thick. Please tell me if the 18-166 will work since it is the one that is closest to mine.

Door sweep for Cole-Sewell Model# B6500
I purchased a Cole-Sewell storm door Model# B6500 in 1999. The bottom sweep is pulling loose/torn. I was hoping to just replace the rubber if possible. The door is 35 5/16" wide and 1" thick. Channel balance replacements for Kinco windows

trying to replace window latches
Hi, We moved into our house two years ago; in that time, the latches on about a dozen windows have broken partially or completely. I need help ordering replacement window balances. Theyp measure 29" fro. Top to bottom without the plastic ends. The marking engraved on them says 28D. I need six of these and i am not sure of the manufacturer of the window.

Need new Balances and ends....
I finally found a channel balance that is 12 inched with your Series 351. I have a 1/2 inch wide channel that is 5/8 inch deep and 12 inches long. The imprint stamped (1110 and B.S.I. imprinted on it). Looks like what I need but I really can't match up the bottom end exactly? I assume one of yours ... (cont.)

Need replacement for broken tilt latches
I am needing to replace some broken tilt latches and they look very similar to the model 26-244 & 26-243. The only identifing mark on the existing ones are the number 375 on the bottom and a large letter P on the bottom body

Windows slamming shut. Need round balance with hook
PLEASE HELP!!! I have a window which was installed, hmmmm, lets say 1973. The frame of the windows are metal.
