I have to repair several Andersen Miami Awning windows. I have no problem finding the operators, and handles but each window frame in the awning (most are 3/2) has a security latch on each side where a frame pin slides up into a latch to keep it from being forced out as the window closes tight. Having trouble finding a replacement hinge (need 6) for solid wood front door. 4 inch by 5/8 rounded edges brushed nickel finish. Regular supply stores have the right size hinges but not with the same hole alignment for the screws . Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'm trying to identify these top and bottom guides. Do you have them available? I just received my order of tension springs. They really work well, but... they are a bit too "stiff" and the window is now quite difficult to raise and lower. Is there a way to reduce the tension so that the window will move more easiy? Thanks. Jay

I ordered and received some replacement tilt sash pins for some MW Windows from another supplier. The ones I received have points on them that you have to pound into the sash to secure. I need ones that you can secure with screws. Can you help me with this? Thank You, Paul
