Where the crank connects to window torque the attachment is too big for new crank. What to do?

Hello,

If the hole in the link arm of the crank that you purchased doesn't fit the window linkage, you most likely need a different part. To research this for you, we would need to see photos of the original crank uninstalled, including a clear view of the installation hole pattern and arms that attach to the window linkage. Please also write out the installation hole spacing and the exact diameter of the hole at the end of the link arm. Thank you!
