Thanks for writing in! Your casement operator looks like an older version of our 39-317 Truth Split-Arm Operator. The opposite handed version is part 39-318. Carefully review and compare the dimensions to confirm that these are the right fit.

The compatible crank handle most similar to yours is part 39-114. The more modern versions of this handle are the 39-114L (non-folding) and 39-205 (folding) crank handles.
