Thanks for writing in! Your casement operator reminds me of our 39-399 13-1/2" Roto Single Arm Operator with the 39-541 Roto Casement Track Slider attached. To confirm that these are the correct replacements for your hardware, carefully look over the dimensions below. 

The compatible crank handle is part 39-232.
