block and tackle channel

A quick learner from home owner says:

I am unable to determine the manufacture of my window, block and tackle channel is broken, not sure what to order for parts. The channel is 24" long and 1/2" wide raised center bevel. This a 36x24 double hung, single sash weighing 25lbs.

Thank you

Stephen

Thanks for reaching out! Your channel balance resembles our Series 751 Ribbed Channel tilt window balance. Since your channel is 24" long you'll need the S751-24 with a 23TG stamp (which can support a window weighing between 22 to 30lbs). The attachment at the top of the balance is the 19-030 long S-clip.

We do not carry an exact match for your cam pivots but our 26-150 cam pivot pair should work fine as a replacement. Look over the diagram below and compare it to your part.
