0p0520020 loose window cranks

A quick learner from Pennsylvania says:
0p0520020 Window crank handles wobble when turned.

On handle missing slotted washer.

The handles dont seat securely into base.

Thanks for writing in! Given the description of the issue with your crank operators, it sounds like you'll need to replace the entire assembly. I'm afraid the slotted washer is not something that can be repaired and since the handles wobble when turned it is likely there is an issue with the internal mechanism.

The good news is that we are likely to have a replacement that will work for your existing operator. To confirm that, I'll need to see a photo of the entire operator. In addition to the body of the operator, I'll also need to see the arm(s), especially the very end of the arm(s).
