These cartridges are from the same window. Both need replacement. One reads: 827 2 75 the other: 827 2 K75 93.
Is replacement cartridge 37-837 correct?

Hey there, thanks for reaching out. Your Andersen balance appears to be our 24-837. Given the 827 stamp on the metal, I am confident this is the replacement you'll need. This balance is made for Andersen Sash Balances stamped with an 823, 827, 831, or 837.
