Hello there. Our closest match is the 39-332 Andersen Straight Arm Operator, however we measure this mechanism's arm to 14". See the diagram below, and double-check your original measurement to be sure. For a new cover and handle that works with this assembly, see the 39-267 and 39-152, sold separately. Finally, if your window was made in 1995 through 1998, you'll likely need the 39-362 Adapter Plate to install this new setup. Let me know if you have further inquiries.
