14" window channel balance

A home owner from California says:
Need replacement for 14" window chancel balance. No stamp on the original one, sash weights 1 to 2 lbs, metal length 14", channel width 1/2", bottom shoe is winged. It seems to fit the 14" 350 series that has the 19-002 (top) and 15-004 (bottom shoe). Attached are photos. Please help.

I agree that the Series 350 looks similar, but that's pretty much all I can say from this position. You'll have to carefully review the dimensions we show for the 19-002 and 15-004, especially the 15-004, to confirm whether they match. That will be the deciding factor.

A home owner from California says:

Here are the photos and measurements of

15-004: where the dimensions on the website shows 1 3/32, my part is measured between 1 1/16 and 1 3/32. The channel part is 1/2". The "wing-span" part is 15/16"

19-002: the length of the part that shows 1 1/4" on the website is measured to be 1 1/4" on my part, the channel is also measured 1/2".

Thanks for getting back to us. Regarding your shoe size, I think yours was once 1-3/32" and simply wore down a little after years of use. It happens all the time.

I'm very confident that the 19-002 will be a fine replacement for your top fitting. These aren't super complicated and any I dont think any differences will come into play.

A home owner from California says:
Hi Tom,
Just want to let you know that I received the parts yesterday, they fit perfectly! Thanks for your help! I'm going to order another 2 for my other window shortly!

Take care.
