Hello, I would recommend starting by taking a look at the 82-223 mortise lock with a "90-degree" keyway. Check the measurements and installation hole centers to see if they match your original lock. If you feel that the mortise latch will fit and your lock has a vertical keyway slot, then this might work. Alternate image for 82-223
If so, you will need to use either the 81-033 or the 82-030 handle sets with 3-15/16" hole spacing if you are not able to reuse your existing handle. Note that you would need to drill new installation holes in the door if yours only measure 3-1/4". If you decide to go that route, be very careful not to hit the glass in the door. If all else fails, you will need to install the 82-005 surface-mounted handle set on your door, which would also require making new installation holes but would bypass the internal mortise lock. Take a look at all the suggested hardware along with the related videos. Alternate image for 82-005
