1980's sliding glass door handle, need to replace handle and keeper/lock device that goes in the door frame.

My parents 1980 condo has the original handle but the replaced the lock/striker in the door frame for a doggy door unit. Now I'm needing to put door lock back, HELP! Need complete locking kit.

The 3/4" wide keeper is too wide for the door jam.

How about the 1/2" 89-018? This should also work with this handle set.
