Hey there,

Thanks for posting! I believe we can supply you with the replacement balances you need. Although, I am unable to identify them by the stamp, unfortunately. The stamp from the balance only tells us the weight range the balance should be able to carry to support the weight of your sash.

To properly identify them, I'll need to see a photo of any attachments that may be on the top or bottom of the balance.

If these are  tilt window channel balances, I'll need to see any attachments that could possibly be left behind in the window or that could possibly be attached to the bottom of the window. If there is a hook at the top of the balance, I'll need to see the space in the window channel where the hook connects.

You should also note that we may not be able to cross-reference your stamp once we've identified the balances. It would also be a good idea to obtain the exact sash weight so that we can confirm the stamp you need.

Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Thanks for confirming and for providing the photos of the hardware. Your balances look like they could be either our S380-21 with a 1" shoe or our S385-21 with a 1-3/32" shoe.

To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Please let me know if your measurement differs from those shown below.

Once you've confirmed the series you need, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash to select  your stamp option. There is a chart that lists the weight ranges each stamp option can hold to support the weight of a sash. It is located below the product description.
