2018 PGT windows

A quick learner from Fort Myers Beach FL says:

I have 3 PGT windows that were installed in 2018. They were underwater and have broke the balances. I want to be sure to order the correct parts.

One has 2 housings on each side with 8 on them. Pictured

Tim

Hey Tim. Is the housing 7/8" thick? Please confirm. If so, I believe you have our Series 210 Coil Balance systems. For the window that has two housings on each side with '8' stamped on them, use the S210-16 16 pound assembly on both sides. For the window that has two housings on each side with an '8' and '12' stamped on them, use the S210-20 20 pound system. Finally, for the window with single housing on each side with an '8' stamp, use the S210-08 8 pound assembly. Let me know if you have further questions.
