22" Window Channel Balance with Winged Top and Bottom Sash Guides

I'm replacing the 22" Window Channel Balances with Stamp 2120 and WINGED Top and Bottom Sash Guides on my window.

Please advise as to which part to purchase.

Hey Hans. Without pictures I can't be certain, but based on your description you might have either the S380-22 or S385-22. Please compare these balance's designs to your old hardware to see if they match up; if they don't or you are unsure, please send pictures of the existing balance's attachments. The main difference between the S380-22 and S385-22 is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the diagram below to determine which best matches your old hardware. In either case, for a new stamp option choose 2120.
