2740 JM channel balance

A home owner from El Mirage Arizona says:
I have a KB home built in 2000 in the Phoenix area and need to replace some channel balances. They are 1/2 wide channels, 28 inches long and are stamped with the numbers 2740 and a small JM stamped after the number.

Thank you,
James

Hey James. This looks like an S395-28 Channel Balance, with a stamp option of 2740. Let me know if you have any questions.

A home owner from El Mirage Arizona says:
Thank you for such a quick reply! Will be ordering a set today.

Sounds good James. Let us know if you need anything else, and many thanks for reaching out!

A home owner from El Mirage Arizona says:
Thank you again, I received my balances and caps and after also having to swap out a take out tab the balances are a perfect match. Its so nice to be able to open the window in our bathroom again. All of our windows are the same in our house (15 of them) so we will be ordering more to replace them as most of them have tired springs or broken pulleys for the cords.

Next I'll also be looking into the felt weather stripping, you guys have everything!
