I spoke to customer and I was told i need the bottom plastic piece replaced with product code: 15-005. I will be ordering 4 balances

Hello,

We do offer the 15-005 bottom fitting but it looks like the top fitting is damaged as well. As long as the bottom measures exactly 1" deep like the 15-005, I'd recommend taking a look at the S380-30 channel balances with 2950 strength options. Thanks for posting!

The stock S380-30 (2950) balances come with the 15-005 bottom and 19-005 top fittings attached. Pricing can be found directly on our product page. 

As for the sash stop, we carry one similar option. Take a look at the 55-043 below. It is longer but the determining factor would be how the end height and width compare to yours.
