Good evening, I am looking for a H-LC25/35-52 x96 channel balance. There are no markings on the channels. Please see attached photos.

Thanks, Moe

Hi Moe, thank you for posting,

To further review, can we see a picture of the inside of the metal channel where the pulley system and spring engage?

Since there are no markings, we will need to know the weight of the window sash that these balances support. The sash will need to be removed and placed on a bathroom scale. Thank you!

A quick learner from Land O lakes, Florida says:
Hello Lauren,

Thanks for the quick response. The sash weighs 26.2 pounds. Please see attached pictures as requested.

Regards,

Moe

Thank you,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

When determining the length, make sure you are only measuring the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments. If it is 30" as mentioned, you will need a 30" balance and a 2940 stamp option that can support a 26.2 pound sash weight.

Please review and let me know if you have any additional questions!
