Thanks for posting! Your channel balance resembles either our S351-32 with a 1" shoe or the S390-32 with a 1-1/8" shoe. To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. 

You'll need to select the 3130 stamp.

The top sash guide appears to be our 18-073. Again, look over the dimensions and compare them your existing guide to determine if this is the replacement part you'll need. This part is available in black.
