Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to help with this but I'm afraid we can't help from just this photo alone. We would need you to remove an undamaged balance assembly and show us photos of the top and bottom fittings. Additionally, can you show us a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism?
