34" Channel Balance

Need assistance to order a pair of 34" Channel Balance hardware. Stamp on defective and/or old part is 3390 B.S.I. 38.

We can help but I'm afraid I can't determine what you have from these photos. I would need to see clear shots of the top and bottom fittings as shown in the related video.
