Thank you for reaching out to us. Our Series 770 channel balance looks like a good match. This appears to use the same terminal clip but take a look at the specifications and see if you agree. The stamp printed on the metal channel doesn't match any of our strength options though. You'll have to weigh your window sash and refer to the chart under the product description on the S770-36 store page to determine the proper option for your replacements.
