40" Spiral Balance

A quick learner from united states says:
June 30, 2020
Black tip existing on 3/8" X 40" spiral balance. This is next to a 5/8" X 43" spiral balance with a black tip.

Thanks for posting. When you say "next to," are you saying that your window has two balances per side? Can you also confirm the diameter of the outer tube for the first balance? They never made a 3/8" balance in either 40" or with a black tip. There's a good chance that balance is also 5/8", which would make it our S600-40. For the second balance, see our S600-43.
