14&1/4th inch balance for peachtree windows

Sirs: I am trying to get six 14& 1/4th inch side mounted balances for my Peachtree Windows that were installed in the 1980 s. Approx. window size is 34X16 inches. Windows do not seem very heavy. I did send an email but now am giving you pictures. Thank you for your help. - Peter. Also looking for some kind of lubricant for windows.

Hello,

Take a look and compare the S745-14 (13.25-5) Peachtree balance, which will support a window sash between 13-17 lbs, to your assembly. You can also use silicone spray to lubricate the track. Thanks for posting.
