I am looking for a handle to a window operator that has a square spindle.

Our 39-380 operator comes to mind based on what I see in your photos. This uses a more standard type of handle, not the square type shown here. I apologize that we can't offer a replacement for the handle but take a look at the specifications for this operator and see what you think.
