APEX Window vinyl glazing

A home owner from Tucson AZ says:

I'm replacing the dual pane windows in my Apex windows and the vinyl glazing is falling apart as I remove it. It measures around 1/2 inches across. Attached are some photo's that may help identify it. Any help would be appreciated.
